  Poor Carlos, he was being picked on by bigger dogs when hart rescued him. Just because you’re the little guy doesn’t mean you should be picked on. Anyway, now that Carlos is away from the bullies he is quickly learning that the other dogs at the dog park are friendly and playful. Just like Carlos! Carlos is 3-4 months old and is a male shepherd cross whose foster Mom is shocked at how good a boy he is for having just been rescued. More on Carlos as we get to know him better.
