There are times when life gives us lemons and sometimes it is
difficult to make lemonade out of it.
Pawsitive emotions make us more resilient. If I can
overcome the hardships of being a stray dog, you can use pawsitive
emotions to get through just about anything.
Before hart, I didn't have an easy life, but things are so good
now, I wanted to share with you how I can be so
pawsitive.
Everyday, I think of three things that I am grateful for:
- Number 1
- that hart has all sorts of awesome volunteers that were able to
rescue me.
- Number 2
- that I have the best foster dad around. He devotes his free
time to making sure that can have a better life.
- Number 3
- that is a toss-up between the park and treats - I love them
both.
I think that if humans took the time everyday to think of three
things they were positive about, they would wag more than they do
now. They may even stop taking out their frustrations
on innocent animals, like my doggie friends.
By taking the time to notice and appreciate the good things in
your life, you can share those with others. I share with my
foster dad all the time - I share kisses, wags, barks and
jumps. He always smiles at me so I know I am sharing and
spreading my pawsitivity.
