    The idea of an all-agency walk/run was formulated in the hope of helping the community become more involved in raising essential funds for local charitable organizations. As a result of several generous sponsors including our title sponsor Roy Financial all costs associated with the event are covered.

  • Missing Mutts Awareness Day

    hart is excited to take part in this event hosted by the organizers from Missing Mutts Awareness!

    hart will be on site with adoptable dogs, rescue dog art, and more! To learn more about the event:

    On June 15th, 2013 please help us bring awareness to missing family pets & help to raise funds to enable families to advertise and bring their pets home.

    Buddy and Maddy our beloved dogs have been missing since December 29th 2012. We have realized in our desperate search to find our animals that the public is not keenly aware what to do when they see a stray or lost animal. Some fear the SPCA and Rescue Groups will put animals down if taken there, others just drive by and don't make that critical phone call to let the public and authorities know there is a stray dog in the area. We can make a change and with your help we can raise funds to help families who need assistance with advertising costs, fuel expenses, hiring pet detectives and hire qualified searchers.

    We are holding this event in honor of Buddy and Maddy and hope to bring awareness and draw attention to the hundred's of families that have lost or stolen pets. There will be tons to do and see. Lots of activities and events going on for everyone...including your four legged friends

  • Pawty Reunion

    Join us for our yearly reunion where hart dogs reunite with foster parents and volunteers!

    There will be a silent auction, bake sale, BBQ, dog games, and adoptable dogs on site!

    Each hart dog recieves a surprise and a professional photo shoot! Make sure to check-in!

    The Whyte Avenue Art Walk is an outdoor studio and gallery featuring hundreds of working artists. Its purpose is to provide affordable exposure for fine arts to ensure the appreciation, understanding of visual arts as well as encourage the purchase of original art by local artists.
